Meeting Minutes – Jordan Rural Fire Association (Townships)

The meeting started at 5 p.m.
Chairperson John Wermerskirchen, Supervisor DeAnn Croatt, Clerk Heather Taylor DuCharme, and Deputy Clerk Kimberly Carlberb were present from Helena Township. Also present were attorney Bob Ruppe, representatives from Sand Creek Township, and representatives St. Lawrence Township.
There was discussion of general fire contract and fire district related matters and issues. Ruppe provide a review of proposed redline changes to the current Jordan fire contract based on emails/feedback from the Townships. Representatives from the Townships present discussed the redlined changes and other proposed changes to the Jordan Fire Contract with Ruppe. Ruppe will complete additional revisions and email to Townships for additional review. After final version is ready, Ruppe will contact the City of Jordan regarding proposed new contract.
At 6:45 p.m. and with the agreement of all present the meeting ended.
